How it works

We have obtained all of the necessary paperwork in connection with the investment including the contracts investors entered into and the reports on documents sent to investors by Morgan Mark Solicitors or by others.
We have instructed lawyers to consider these papers and provide an assessment of whether they reveal any grounds for a claim against the lawyers who acted for the investors.
Our lawyers have submitted their findings to a senior barrister from Gatehouse Chambers who has given preliminary advice that there are positive grounds for claim.
